Becoming a mentor.

As a technical mentor, you bring the expertise, and give guidance to students/clients that want to improve upon the skillsets you bring to the table.

This is a great opportunity for technical professionals that are looking to earn additional compensation on a weekly basis and give back to their industry to help set up the success of the next generation of technical talent!

Weekly Check-Ins

Engage and mentor students on a personalized 1:1 setting that recently graduated from a coding bootcamp/college/self-taught that requires additional guidance and technical development to break into the technology industry. Every student has different needs, some needs help on their career guidance, others require technical preparation help through technical mock interviews, learning more about a Front-End Technology, or data structures and algorithms preparation!

Weekly Compensation

Get paid up to $50 per hour conducting mentorship/coaching with students! Payments will be paid out weekly and calculated on the number of interviews conducted throughout the previous week (Monday - Sunday).

Complete Schedule Flexability

As a mentor, you have complete control of your own schedule! Only take in and check in with students that fits within your work and personal schedule.

Networking

As a mentor, you will have Slack access to and work with amazing network of other technical professionals in the software industry.
